Hours: 30+

Responsibilities:

• We make everything onsite at LBC. The perfect person for this role will be fast, clean and efficient whilst working and also passionate about making things from scratch including pickles, ferments and sauces.
• No one wants to wait ages for their lunch. We aim to get all orders out within five minutes. The perfect person would have service experience working alone and as part of a line. Experience with pans is a bonus.
• We are an open kitchen. Food safety and cleanliness is vital not only as a business but for the faith of our customers. A level 2 food safety certificate would be a bonus.
• Customer Service. We are a small team with a fluid structure. We pride ourselves on our customer service and expect every role in the business to be able to engage with our customers with enthusiasm and a smile.
