About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences. Kitchen experience is essential for this role.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage and train staff in tandem with Little Bagel Co. Values, scheduling, performance reviews and managing KPIs.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to recipes
  • Maintain inventory control and manage ordering of supplies
  • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Essential: Kitchen experience, including food safety management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment. 
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
  • A passion for food and customer service
