Shift Leader

Job Title: Shift Leader
Wage: £12.75+
Hours: 30+

Responsibilities:

• As shift leader you will be responsible for keeping the show going and making sure that everyone is doing a great job, holding yourself and others to the highest standard.
• Introduction to management tasks such as locking up, ordering, H&S.
• Enthusiasm to progress in a rapidly growing small business and desire to develop own understanding and skills of what running a cafe/bakery looks like.

• 4 day working week. We believe everyone should have a work life balance and the 4 day working week is a key part of this. Our full time working week is four ten hour shifts. No one works Saturday and Sunday as their permanent rota.
• Birthday off as a holiday! We work on a 29 day holiday year.

• At least a month’s worth of rota published at one time.
