Amazing bagel shop near Bristol Uni. Bagels and pickles are made in-house and everything is super fresh. The fillings are very generous and the menu has a lot of variety. I had the Italian club, which was insanely tasty! Coffee was also excellent. Hands down, the best Bagels this side of the Atlantic

This place is my favourite breakfast spot in Bristol. If you're into bagels, you'll love it here. Freshly made, full of taste.. you can often buy a bag of day old bagels, which are so good you can eat them without filling. You can eat them 2 days later at a push, if you put them in the oven for a few minutes to soften them.

Absolutely excellent bagel. Would have believed it was made in NYC. They really know their stuff. Perfectly light and crispy. Well seasoned. Dough hydration and proofing bang on. Now they just need a giant display fridge with 20 different flavours of cream cheese! Epic!

Well the queue was out the door but I'm glad we chose to get our lunch here! It's a slick operation and we were served in no time. Amazing, freshly baked bagels. The fillings *slapped*. We had the Reuben & the Italian, both were generously filled & just tasted amazing. My flat white was perfectly silky. We will be back 100%.

Excellent bagels and extremely friendly staff. The closest to a New York bagel I’ve found in the UK. Nails the combination of a doughy and chewy interior while maintaining a crisp exterior. Great coffee as well - well done!

Fantastic bagel spot and quite possible the best bagel I've had in the UK. Chewy, crusty, really well baked and filled with some classic combinations. Sweet options like the Elvis with peanut butter and banana sound really fun. Beyond that they've got some awesome cookies if you just need a snack.

Honestly the best bagel I’ve had. I went with the classic Reuben, and it was just perfect. Followed up by a cookie of dreams. The team are so nice and friendly too, I’m sure a lot of hard work goes into getting those bagels so perfect.
